Refund policy

Shock Rebuild services have a 3 month warranty for any shocks that develop external leaks due to defective seals or other errors.  Situations such as wear and tear, and operator error or improper install/handling are not covered under warranty.

If there is a situation that allows for warranty coverage, we will pay for shipping/handling and repair of the shock needing warrantied.  No refunds will be issued, due to us having labor and cost into these orders, but we will repair free of charge if warranty is granted.

Warranty claims are evaluated on a case by case scenario and are always determined to work with our customers.
